- Google Search Console Data: Search query performance, indexing status, and site health information.
- Google My Business Data: Business profile information, including reviews and location data.
- Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides Data: We only access specific documents, sheets, or presentations that you authorize to read from or write to when you use a relevant tool.
- Google Tag Manager Data: Account, container, tag, trigger, and variable configurations.
We do not collect or store any personal information from your website’s visitors. Our access is limited to the analytics and configuration data within your own marketing accounts.

The data accessed through Google APIs is used exclusively to provide the features of our tool, as directed by you. Specifically:
- To Fulfill Your Commands: When you ask our AI assistant to perform a task (e.g., “get campaign performance” or “create a GTM tag”), we use the API to execute that command on your behalf.
- To Generate Reports: We process data from services like Google Ads and Google Analytics to create summaries, reports, or visualizations for you within a Google Doc, Google Sheet, or directly in the chat interface.
- To Automate Tasks: We use the data to perform automated actions that you have configured, such as creating new ad campaigns or publishing content.
Limited Use Compliance: Information received from Google APIs is not used for any other purpose. We will not transfer this data to others unless it is necessary to:
- Provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in our application’s user interface.

- Or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with your explicit prior consent.
We will never use this data for serving advertisements, including retargeting, personalized, or interest-based advertising. We will never allow humans to read this data unless:

All API credentials, such as service account keys and OAuth refresh tokens, are stored locally on your machine in a .env file within the project directory. They are not transmitted to or stored on our servers. The application runs entirely on your local machine, giving you full control over your data and credentials.
We take reasonable measures to help protect your information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access.
6. Your Choices
You have full control over the data we can access. You can revoke our access at any time by:
- Removing the service account user from your Google Analytics, GTM, or other Google services.
- Revoking the OAuth token for Google Ads within your Google Account security settings.
- Deleting the local project folder containing the credentials.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date.
